Being very attached and empathetic towards the humans she has been around for several generations, Awhi is very talented at the Aroha and her transformations require little effort. She is used to constantly changing form and does not feel vulnerable in a human shape, trusting completely those who know her nature. They often offer her Pounamu ornaments to further facilitate her Aroha and to invite her to spend more time among them. She is already naturally gifted at altering her body, being able to easily change color and blend into her environment.
